Any agency development, consulting, or white-label support discussed through the site is provided subject to separate scope, pricing, and delivery terms agreed for the project.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of review. Scope changes, third-party issues, or missing assets may affect timing and pricing.
4. Client Materials and Confidentiality
If you send designs, files, staging links, credentials, or other project materials, you confirm that you are authorized to share them. I treat reasonable agency work as confidential and can work under an NDA when required.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legal rights of the materials you supply.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of your own brand assets, content, and client materials. Deliverables created for a paid project are transferred according to the scope and handoff terms agreed for that project.
Third-party plugins, libraries, themes, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
6. No Warranty
The site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. I make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Technical guidance, estimates, and examples are provided in good faith but are not a guarantee of results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from third-party systems, plugins, hosting, or services that are outside my control.
8. Changes to the Site or Terms
